This is the reasoning pipeline itself, not a chat assistant sitting in front of a FAQ. It resolves your question against the Datacore and answers only from what that evidence supports. If the honest answer is that it does not know — or that the answer is restricted — it will say so rather than produce something plausible.
What this endpoint can and cannot reach
This page is bound to the public channel. That channel carries a hard ceiling applied before any identity check: no credential, token, or header presented here raises it — including ours. Proprietary material and paid research are not reachable through this door at all, so the worst case for a compromise of this page is the disclosure of material already cleared for publication.
